This Privacy Policy describes how RITECHEM USA, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the ALL TEMP BMS mobile application ("App") on iOS and Android devices.

Our App is designed to manage offline battery hardware via Bluetooth. We value your privacy and only collect data necessary for the App's core functionality.

1. Information We Collect

A. Authentication Information

We offer two login options. You may choose either:

Sign in with Apple (iOS):

  • We collect only your name and email address, or Apple-provided private relay email if you choose to hide your real email.
  • Apple does not share additional profile data with us.
  • We do not use Apple Sign-In data for advertising purposes.
  • Your email is kept private and is not shared with third parties.

Sign in with Google (via Firebase):

  • We collect your name, email address, and profile picture URL to create your account and personalize your experience.

You are free to choose either login method. Both provide full access to App functionality.

B. Bluetooth and Device Connectivity

The App requires Bluetooth permissions to discover, connect to, and manage offline hardware devices.

  • Bluetooth Data: We access your device's Bluetooth adapter solely to communicate with your BMS hardware.
  • Location Data: On certain Android versions, Bluetooth scanning requires Location permission. We use this only for device discovery and do not track, store, or share your physical location.

C. Hardware and Usage Data

  • Battery Parameters: We collect and process battery settings that you configure via the App.
  • Equipment Data: We read real-time data from your hardware via Bluetooth.

2. How We Store Your Data

  • Local Storage: Basic device logs and temporary configurations are stored locally on your mobile device.
  • Cloud Storage (Firebase): Battery parameters and equipment data are securely stored in Google Firebase to enable cross-device synchronization.

3. Use of Data

  • To provide and maintain the App's core functionality.
  • To allow users to monitor and configure hardware battery parameters.
  • To synchronize user data via Firebase.
  • To provide customer support and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

The App utilizes Google Firebase and supports both Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple.

5. Account Deletion

You have the right to permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time.

To delete your account:

  • Open the App → Go to Settings → Tap Delete Account.
  • Confirm deletion on the confirmation screen.
  • Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Alternatively, you may request deletion by emailing info@alltempenergy.com. However, in-app deletion is available and recommended for immediate processing.

Please note:

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • Temporary deactivation is not a substitute for deletion.
  • All cloud-stored data including battery parameters and equipment data will be permanently removed upon deletion.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data only for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

This App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@alltempenergy.com.

8. iOS Permissions Disclosure

  • Bluetooth (BLUETOOTH_SCAN / BLUETOOTH_CONNECT): Required to discover and communicate with BMS hardware devices.
  • Local Network: Required for device discovery on local networks.
  • Internet: Required for Firebase data synchronization and account authentication.

9. Your Privacy Rights

You may at any time:

  • Request access to the data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request permanent deletion of your account and data.
  • Withdraw consent for data collection.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App and reflected in the "Last Updated" date above.
